Note: Blood and gore. Also, the screencap doesn’t do it justice, just watch the video.
In ‘WTF Was That And Where Can I Watch More Of This’ news, this is the music video for Leningrad’s ‘Kolschik’. It tells the story of some crime deal and a circus performance gone horribly, horribly wrong, entirely in reverse. I learned a lot about myself by watching it. Mostly, that if you’re watching videos on your phone in a men’s room stall and prop your elbows on your knees, your legs fall asleep faster and you have to be careful standing up. Now my face has touched the bathroom floor and I want to go home and shower. In blood. “What?” I’m a vampire now. See my teeth? “There’s broccoli stuck between them.” It’s true, okay — I like vegetables. Just please don’t tell the other vampires, I’ll lose all my undead street cred.
Hit the jump for the original video, as well as a version played chronologically.
Thanks to Zach, who agrees if your music sucks, at least make a cool video worth watching on mute.
